It took 3 years for Kristina and Simon Cope to find the right property in Auckland. 'Right' being North facing with a view, able to get sun from early morning (East) throughout the day and then sun for the afternoon (West).

A lot of people give up too early looking for their 'ideal' property/house. A lot of people are way too focused on getting in the right school zone and will seriously compromise on functionality of the house in favour of the school zoning in Auckland... From the math calculations we did it just didn't stack up moving to be in the 'correct' zone! (That's our excuse/story!).
