The House When We Purchased It In 2001...

Fantastic orientation to the sun, great location next to Railway, water, pony club (outlook), shopping centre, etc and great bones to build upon (Matai flooring to die for :-)

Stage 1 Finished in 2003...

Ran out of money (as you do!), however have installed first array of PV solar electric modules (power bill now only $35 a month), solar hotwater panels and sleeping quarters for us all. Roll on 2009/2010 to get it finished!

As Of November 2010...

Nearly finished the project, still to finish the solar powered gate, fence, and do the landscaping... otherwise looking good!
